Brad McMahon has over 29 years of federal service, performing tasks in a wide range of activities to support federal-aid transportation initiatives. He has served in the positions of realty officer, planning and Right-of-Way Program team leader, and transportation specialist. He is the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Missouri Division’s transportation program manager and designated FHWA freight council member. He has twice earned the FHWA Superior Achievement Award, while working as a realty officer and planning program manager. In 2013, McMahon earned the FHWA Leadership Award. He completed the “Building the Foundation for Visionary Leadership” training and is a 2015 graduate of the I-95 Corridor Coalition Freight Academy.
McMahon’s expertise in program areas of responsibility, as well as overall FHWA program knowledge, coupled with his commitment to fostering highly productive relationships with primary partners at the MoDOT and with other partners and customers at the state and local level, has resulted in the timely FHWA and ONE DOT review and approval actions, resolution of various program and work product delivery issues and a vast number of improvements in the delivery of the transportation program in the state of Missouri.
