Randall Withers

Randall Withers is the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development’s port priority program director having served in that capacity since August 2010. He is responsible for overseeing the expenditures of $40 Million in state of Louisiana funding for Port infrastructure improvements. Before taking over the leadership of the Port Priority Program, Randall spent 11 years as a Project Development Engineer for the LA DOTD’s Statewide Flood Control Program. He has more than 18 years of state service with the LA DOTD. Randall holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Louisiana State University and is a licensed professional engineer. Prior to coming to LADOTD, Randall worked as a field engineer for an oil service company.
