Bill Finnecy

Bill Finnecy is a managing tax director leading the FORVIS marine industry practice group assisting clients to benefit from the U.S. Maritime Organization’s (MarAd) Capital Construction Fund (CCF) program. He has experience serving businesses engaged in maritime, manufacturing and construction industries as well as foreign direct investment into the United States. He consults with clients on international and multistate tax strategies and compliance and provides audit representation.
