Jason Soutiere

Jason Soutiere is the ABS regional director of operations for North America, responsible for all ABS survey and audit activities. He has more than 20 years of maritime operational experience in the commercial and government sectors. He has an in-depth knowledge of class and regulatory requirements and has held numerous leadership positions within ABS operations.  He is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in marine engineering.
