Booth Catering Order Form can be found HERE. Orders due by 5/5. (25% ADDITIONAL CHARGE will be added to all orders after 5/5)
NOTE: Any food or beverages to be sampled at exhibit booths must be approved by Show Management and Music City Center. If approved, food and beverage MUST be ordered directly through Music City Center. Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited and may result in serious penalties and/or loss of the privilege to exhibit in or attend future events.
NEW THIS YEAR! Alcohol Raffles on the Exhibit Hall Floor
- No liquor is permitted to be displayed. You may have a photo/image of the raffle item, or an empty box, but NOT the actual bottle (even if it is closed)
- If you want to portray it on the booth, the prize must be wrapped in cellophane or some other protective wrap to discourage immediate consumption
- Prize can not be handed to the winner until the show’s completion
- Catering Sales Manager is made aware of the giveaway/raffle, including what the item is, and what booth#
