IMX Speaker – Kelly Clapp

Kelly Clapp is Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Ingram Barge Company, where she has served since 2012. She is a strong advocate for mariner wellness and mental health, leading initiatives that support employees both on and off the vessel. Kelly holds an MBA from Murray State University and brings a strategic, people-focused approach to HR leadership. She is actively involved in industry and community organizations, including the Propeller Club, WIMOs and the Mariner Mental Health Steering Committee, and currently serves on the board of Gilda’s Club Middle Tennessee.
