Jason Fowler serves as the Senior Safety Systems Manager for Canal Barge Company and its family of companies, including Illinois Marine Towing and Canal Terminal Company. With over two decades of experience as a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, Jason has a deep understanding of maritime operations, regulatory compliance, and risk management. As a licensed mariner, he combines hands-on operational knowledge with leadership experience to develop and oversee safety systems that support safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient marine operations.
