Jim Kearns

Jim Kearns is special counsel in Jones Walker’s Maritime Practice Group. He focuses on maritime transactions. In his more than 30 years of practice, Jim has represented owners, operators, and financial institutions as both lessors and lenders. Kearns also has experience with financing programs administered by the U.S. Maritime Administration.
