IMX Speaker – Patrick Howell

Patrick Howell is an accomplished executive and U.S. Army medical officer with demonstrated success across the healthcare industry both locally and internationally. His specialty is designing strategic healthcare related cost-containment solutions for employers.

Throughout his military career, Patrick has held numerous medical leadership positions, including key staff and command roles. He currently serves as the chief executive officer for a leading occupational health organization, HealthWorks Medical, LLC in Paducah, KY.

Patrick holds a BS in Biology along with an MBA from Murray State University. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina. He is a Society of Human Resources Certified Professional and also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Patrick’s special interests stem from a passion for strategic HR that includes healthcare business development, population health informatics and organizational leadership development.
