Troy Remy is Vice President of Human Resources at Canal Barge Company, where he brings more than 30years of experience in human resources leadership across energy, materials and maritime-related industries. His expertise includes organizational development, employee relations, safety, compensation and workforce planning. Prior to joining Canal Barge, Troy held senior HR roles with NRG Energy and Martin Marietta Materials, where he also oversaw HR for marine transportation operations. He holds an MBA from Loyola University New Orleans and maintains SPHR and OHST professional certifications.
